Day 1
Arrival, orientation, and a welcome group dinner at my all time favourite restaurant in Chengdu where we'll dive straight into classic Sichuan flavours.
We have one beef-forward dinner (Qiaojiao beef). Otherwise easy to avoid across the rest of the trip.
